Does installation replace my original glass?

No. SHADOW is a retrofit dimming product fitted inside the original automotive glass, preserving it. It is not replacement dimming glass. The installation method is confirmed for your vehicle structure.

Can it be installed on my vehicle?

Share your model, model year, trim, city, and preferred installation position so Xuntou can check the vehicle and installation conditions. Cases are useful references, but do not establish fitment for every model year or trim.

How is the price determined?

Cost depends on the vehicle, glass dimensions, installation position, product, and controls. Once the vehicle and installation conditions are reviewed, we can discuss a solution and confirm what the quote includes.

How do I get after-sales support?

At handover, check appearance and switching, learn the controls, and retain the installation, inspection, and warranty records. Contact Xuntou through the official channels for support. Warranty scope, duration, and service arrangements follow the confirmed delivery terms.
